Shipping policy

At KOMAL Fashion, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a confirmation notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines & Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days across India, depending on your delivery location and pincode.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipment confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and courier link.
You can track your package status directly through the courier partner's tracking portal using the provided tracking code.

4. Undelivered Packages / Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact phone number are complete and accurate while placing the order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or non-availability of the recipient, additional re-shipping charges may apply to re-send the package.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please record an unboxing video or take photos before opening it and contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.
If your order is confirmed lost in transit by our courier partner, we will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
